PRIVATE AND GROUP PSYCHEDELIC PREPARATION, SUPPORT, CEREMONY, & INTEGRATION

A carefully held space for meaningful inner work.

Grounded in contemporary research, trauma-aware practice, and respect for ancient wisdom traditions.

PREPARE JOURNEY INTEGRATE

I believe that psychedelic experiences are not shortcuts to healing—they are invitations into a deeper relationship with our inner wisdom.

Over the years, I've witnessed how these experiences can help people reconnect with forgotten parts of themselves, process grief and trauma, rediscover meaning, find a new creative awakening, and cultivate a greater sense of compassion and presence. I also believe that the medicine itself is only one part of the journey. The quality of preparation, the safety of the environment, and thoughtful integration afterward often determine whether profound insights become lasting transformation.

My role is not to direct your experience or tell you what it should mean. My role is to create a calm, supportive, and carefully held space where you can surrender to your inner wisdom.

Every journey is approached with respect, humility, curiosity, and deep care.

An invitation

The work is to create the conditions in which your own deepest knowing can emerge.

My approach sits at the intersection of modern psychedelic science, trauma-informed practices, and the centuries-old ceremonial traditions of the Mazatec people of Oaxaca. My training has taught me to value both what contemporary research is revealing about psychedelics and what Indigenous traditions have understood through generations of experience. I bring these perspectives together with a grounded, human-centered approach—one that recognizes the psychological, emotional, spiritual, and often times deeply magical and mysterious dimensions of these experiences. Above all, as someone who has had profound, transcendent and healing experiences with many teachers and elders, I humbly approach this work as an ongoing journeyer and student. I have a deep reverence for the traditions that came before us and curiosity about what we are still learning.

The Process

Preparation

An introductory call to explore your intentions, questions, experience, and whether working together feels aligned. If we decide to work together, we follow up with a dedicated Zoom session focused on readiness, mindset, expectations, practical planning, boundaries, and the ceremonial container.

The Journey

The day of your journey is intentionally unhurried, with time to arrive, settle in, and reconnect with your intentions. I create a safe, comfortable ceremonial space and remain present throughout, offering support and guidance when needed while allowing the experience to unfold in its own way. Curated Music, nature, silence, and traditional ancient ritualistic practices all become part of the experience. My role is not to lead your journey, but to hold the container so you can go wherever the experience takes you.

Integration

The experience doesn't end when the journey does; this is where the deeper work begins. We meet several days afterward to explore what emerged, including insights, emotions, questions, challenges, or experiences that may still be unfolding. Together, we look for ways to translate what you encountered into meaningful changes in your everyday life rather than allowing the experience to remain simply a powerful memory. Additional integration sessions are available when continued support would be helpful.
